All airline tickets are handled exactly the same way as any other travel agency or Kayak, or Booking.com, or as if purchased directly from any airline website. The tickets will be issued and delivered electronically. You will receive your ticket confirmation codes along with the record locator and ticket number, just as you normally would. You can then login online, check your flight, add preferences, and all other special requests you might have. We usually do that for you based on your likes and dislikes. We will also assign seating based on your preferences and availability.
This is handled by the airlines directly. It’s a different department. You will call or email us and we will take care
of everything for you and save you the calls and hold times and work. We do not charge extra for our time and work in changing your flight. The policies and ticket conditions vary between airlines. Date changes, cancellations, refunds or credits are based on individual ticket conditions and airline policies, as well as ticketing agencies who might ask for a cancellation/re-booking fee.
We work with all major airlines worldwide. Any and all flights you see online or on the airline’s website are the same flights we offer, we just get lower prices and often better connections. You will accrue miles as our tickets are ticketed directly by the airlines.
We do not use or work with miles-tickets. We also do not do upgrades. We book tickets directly from the airlines ticketing office.
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
